How do I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status anytime by clicking on the “Track Order” option after logging into your account on the AnimeShope website.
After successfully placing your order, a confirmation message with all order details will be sent to you via email.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment update.
Please note that the tracking link may take up to 24 hours from the date of dispatch to become active.
If there is any unexpected delay with your delivery, we will promptly notify you with the latest update via email.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll be redirected to the Order Confirmation page.
You can view complete order details anytime by visiting the “Track Order” or “My Orders” section on our website.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with the order information.
Why can't I see the COD option?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable for a few selected pin codes due to service limitations in those areas.
Additionally, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in the following situations:
If a customer has repeatedly canceled, returned, or refused multiple COD orders, certain restrictions are applied to prevent further misuse of the COD option.
A maximum of two active COD orders is allowed per customer. If you already have two ongoing COD orders (yet to be delivered), you can still place a new order — but it must be through prepaid or other available payment methods.

I want to change my delivery address.
We’re unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
To update your address, please cancel the existing order and place a new one with the correct details.
If you wish to cancel your order, simply email us at care@animeshope.com from your registered email ID, and include your Order ID and any relevant information.

I wasn't available at the time of delivery, but I want my order. What do I do?
Don’t worry, if you missed your delivery at the first attempt. There will be two more attempts by our delivery executive to deliver your order.
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes, you can cancel your item(s) within 1 hour of order confirmation. After the 1-hour window, cancellation will no longer be possible
How do I cancel my order which is already in progress?
We begin processing your order within a few hours of confirmation. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you wish to cancel an order that is already in process, please email us at care@animeshope.com with your complete Order ID and relevant details.
Can I cancel my Cancellation Request ?
Once an order is successfully cancelled, it cannot be reversed. If you still wish to receive the items, you’ll need to place a new order manually through the AnimeShope website
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel orders that are still in the Order Confirmation stage.
Refunds for payments made via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking will be processed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation date.
